Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AVP-Education and Skilling to lead strategic partnerships and drive growth in academic programs and institutional collaborations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in paid courses, ITI management, university programs, course credit-based academic initiatives, and government-funded education or skill development projects, with the ability to build long-term partnerships with educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop strategies for academic partnerships and higher education collaborations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Universities, ITIs, Colleges, Training Institutes, and Government Bodies.
- Drive the promotion and expansion of paid courses, certification programs, and credit-based academic programs.
- Identify opportunities for institutional tie-ups and academic program expansion.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with universities and institutional stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end academic business development and partnership lifecycle.
- Analyze market trends in higher education, skill development, and academic collaborations.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of academic programs.
- Lead and manage government projects (skill development schemes, academic initiatives, public-funded programs) ensuring compliance and successful execution.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in academic sales, institutional partnerships, and higher education collaborations.
- Proven experience in handling Government Projects / Public Sector Education Initiatives.
- In-depth understanding of ITI operations, university programs, and course credit frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to drive growth in academic programs.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including government authorities, academic institutions, and internal teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Prior experience in Education, EdTech, Skill Development, Academic Program Management, or Government Projects will be preferred.
