This is regarding job opportunity with leading private bank.
Designation: AVP/DVP - Loan Syndication - Foreign Currency
Expereince: 8-14 years
Location: Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities:
-Oversee the complete syndication and placement of foreign currency and ECB to Indian and foreign bank branches as well as IFSCA branches.
-Coordinate deal updates, pricing, and closure with external lenders and internal origination teams.
-Sustain and grow a robust network of lender connections with foreign and Indian banks, including IFSC branches and overseas branches.
-Monitor the sectoral appetite, pricing standards, and credit approval procedures of each lender.
-Engage lenders on a regular basis to learn about pipeline opportunities and finance preferences about tenor, pricing, currency, extra comforts, etc.
-Syndication, placement, and distribution of ECBs and foreign currency term loans (of clients with India Connect) to Indian banks and foreign banks (overseas branches/IFSCA branches).
-Lender coverage, transaction promotion, placement, execution, and successful participation throughout the lender base are the main focuses of this function.
