About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact business leader to drive new partner acquisition within our Group Affinity business. The role is focused on onboarding NBFCs, FinTechs, and institutional partners through deep industry connects, insurer relationships, and referral-driven business development.
The ideal candidate should have a strong network within insurers and NBFC ecosystems, along with the ability to convert relationships into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new NBFCs, FinTechs, Banks, and institutional partners
- Leverage existing relationships with insurers and industry stakeholders to generate qualified leads and referrals
- Drive end-to-end deal closure, including commercial discussions, negotiations, and onboarding
- Build strong credibility and relationships with senior decision-makers across partner organizations
- Work closely with Product, Underwriting, and Operations teams to enable smooth onboarding and execution
- Track and manage pipeline, conversions, and onboarding progress
Key Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in Group Credit Life/Institutional Sales/Affinity Business
- Strong network across NBFCs, insurers, and financial institutions
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and deal closures
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- High ownership mindset with ability to operate independently and drive results
