We are seeking an experienced Wealth Management professional to lead and expand our Private Client Group (PCG) business. This role is ideal for a leader with a strong track record in HNI/UHNI client acquisition, relationship management, and team leadership within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the growth strategy for the Private Client Group vertical
- Identify opportunities to expand the HNI and UHNI client base
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Acquire and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, promoters, and business families
- Serve as a trusted advisor providing tailored wealth management solutions
Business Growth
- Drive AUM growth, revenue generation, and profitability for the PCG business
- Enhance client engagement and increase wallet share
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of relationship managers and wealth advisors
- Drive a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability
Investment Advisory & Governance
- Work closely with internal research and product teams to deliver relevant investment solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Key Performance Indicators
- Growth in Assets Under Management (AUM)
- Revenue and profitability of the PCG vertical
- Client acquisition and retention
- Team productivity and performance
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent
- Experience: 12–18+ years in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Broking / PCG
- Demonstrated success managing HNI/UHNI client relationships
- Strong leadership and team management experience
