Job details:
• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred)
• 10–15 years of experience in civil & structural design, with strong exposure to mission-critical
facilities
• Minimum 5+ years leading large-scale infrastructure or data centre structural projects
• Proven experience in seismic design, heavy industrial structures, and high-availability
infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of IS codes, ACI, Eurocodes, IBC, and international structural standards
• Experience working on Tier-3 / Tier-4 data centre projects preferred
• Expertise in ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, and BIM coordination platforms
• Strong understanding of foundation engineering, geotechnical coordination, and structural
audits
• Demonstrated leadership in managing consultants and multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong business acumen and executive-level communication skills
