We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AVP to oversee and manage the lifecycle of our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned civil engineer with over 18 years of experience in the industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of project execution from inception to completion.

1๏ธโฃ Project Planning and Management
โข Develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets
โข Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
โข Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution
โข Establish and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders
2๏ธโฃ Execution and Monitoring
โข Oversee day-to-day operations of projects
โข Monitor and track project progress and resolve issues
โข Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and legal requirements
โข Conduct regular site visits for quality control and progress monitoring
3๏ธโฃ Leadership and Team Management
โข Lead, mentor and manage project managers, engineers and site supervisors
โข Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
โข Provide training and development opportunities
4๏ธโฃ Stakeholder Communication and Reporting
โข Act as the primary point of contact for project communications
โข Prepare and present updates to senior management and stakeholders
โข Address and resolve project conflicts and issues
5๏ธโฃ Risk Management
โข Identify and mitigate risks across the project lifecycle
โข Develop contingency plans to ensure continuity
6๏ธโฃ Financial Oversight
โข Manage project finances, budgeting and cost tracking
โข Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control
