ReyMarTech is a fast-growing growth solutions company specializing in lead generation, performance marketing, and client acquisition strategies. We help brands scale their revenue through data-driven campaigns, targeted outreach, and high-conversion sales funnels.
We are looking for a strategic and revenue-driven AVP – Business Development / Sales to lead our growth charter. This role requires strong expertise in lead generation services, advertising solutions, and marketing-driven sales, with a focus on acquiring and scaling high-value clients.
• Drive overall revenue growth for lead generation and marketing solutions
• Acquire and close high-value clients across industries
• Build and scale strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships
• Lead the complete sales lifecycle – from prospecting to deal closure
• Develop and implement go-to-market and client acquisition strategies
• Manage and mentor the sales and business development team
• Collaborate with marketing teams to improve campaign performance and conversions
• Track pipeline, revenue forecasts, and key performance metrics
• Identify new opportunities in performance marketing, digital campaigns, and outbound strategies
•6-12years of experience in sales / business development within lead generation, advertising, or marketing industry
• Strong track record of closing high-ticket deals and scaling revenue
• Experience in selling lead generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing services
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of client acquisition funnels and campaign-driven sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
