About the Role
This role requires a leader who can balance execution with stakeholder management, governance with speed, and integration with business growth. From Day 1 readiness to synergy realization, founder collaboration to cross-functional alignment—this role will be central to turning acquisition intent into performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration process post-acquisition.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Ensure governance while maintaining speed in execution.
- Align cross-functional teams to achieve business growth.
- Facilitate collaboration among founders and teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, M&A integration, transformation, or portfolio operations.
Required Skills
- High-impact execution capabilities.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
