We have an exciting opportunity for an AVP – Planning & Budgetary Control with a leading Life Insurance organization based in Andheri, Mumbai.
Role: Finance Analysis, Budgeting & Reporting (Life Insurance)
Reporting To: VP
Location: Corporate Office, Andheri, Mumbai
Experience: 10+ Years
Qualification: CA or MBA (Finance)
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the team in below areas:
• Business performance parameters budget preparation, review and analysis (including premium, persistency, claims ratio, and cost metrics)
• Variance analysis for P&L and other business related indicators
• Competition analysis within the life insurance sector
• MIS reporting and presentation for management/business reviews
• Identify required process improvements to enhance quality of delivery
Critical Competencies
• Knowledge of financial fundamentals, preferably in the life insurance domain
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint presentations)
• Good communication and presentation skills
