Global Sales Leadership Role

We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented sales leader who can create and manage a powerful inside sales ecosystem capable of converting high-intent international leads into long-term learners and clients.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
• Building and scaling a Global Inside Sales & Admissions Team from the ground up
• Hiring, training, mentoring, and managing high-performing Sales Associates
• Handling and converting premium inbound leads from the USA, UK, and global markets
• Creating strong telesales systems, SOPs, and conversion strategies
• Driving revenue growth through aggressive inside sales and consultative selling
• Maintaining high-quality customer interactions with international prospects
• Collaborating directly with leadership on expansion and growth strategy
• Creating a culture of performance, accountability, and excellence
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 3–5 years of proven experience in International Sales / Inside Telesales
• Strong experience in leading and managing sales teams
• Exposure to handling international customers, especially US & UK markets
• Excellent spoken English, communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to build processes and teams from scratch
• Strong understanding of inbound lead conversion and consultative sales
• Target-driven, energetic, and growth-focused mindset
• Prior experience in EdTech or high-ticket sales will be an added advantage
