AVP – Course Development, Learning Products & LMS Deployment
We are looking for an experienced and strategic professional to lead Course Development, Learning Product Design, Curriculum Architecture, Content Development, and LMS Deployment across multiple education and skilling formats.
The role will be responsible for building learner-centric, industry-relevant, outcome-driven, and scalable education programs across offline, live online, hybrid, recorded, and self-paced learning models.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead development of new courses, certifications, skilling programs, bootcamps, workshops, and role-based learning pathways.
• Design course structures including learning objectives, curriculum flow, assessments, certification pathways, and learner outcomes.
• Develop industry-aligned curriculum frameworks with modules, assignments, projects, case studies, practical exposure, and assessments.
• Oversee creation of learning content including presentations, learner handbooks, trainer guides, quizzes, assignments, video scripts, and LMS resources.
• Collaborate with SMEs, faculty, instructional designers, content writers, LMS teams, and academic stakeholders for course development and deployment.
• Ensure courses are effectively structured and deployed across LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, TalentLMS, Docebo, LearnDash, Thinkific, Teachable, Graphy, Learnyst, or similar systems.
• Define LMS learner journeys including onboarding, module access, assessments, certifications, progress tracking, learner engagement, and completion workflows.
• Track LMS analytics including learner progress, completion rates, engagement, quiz performance, and certification metrics to improve learning outcomes.
• Build and implement SOPs for program launch, academic delivery, learner onboarding, assessments, certification, and feedback management.
• Ensure academic quality, content consistency, learner engagement, and continuous curriculum improvement across all programs.
• Work closely with marketing, admissions, and sales teams to support program positioning, learner communication, counseling support, and course collateral creation.
• Partner with industry experts, corporates, universities, certification bodies, and placement teams to ensure employability-focused learning outcomes.
• Build dashboards, trackers, reports, and review mechanisms for course readiness, LMS deployment, learner engagement, delivery quality, and academic performance.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong experience in course development, curriculum design, instructional design, academic operations, and content creation.
• Expertise in designing programs for offline, online, hybrid, self-paced, recorded, certification, and bootcamp learning formats.
• Strong understanding of LMS deployment, learner engagement systems, assessments, certifications, and digital learning journeys.
• Experience working with SMEs, trainers, faculty, instructional designers, content teams, video teams, LMS administrators, and operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of learner journeys, academic quality frameworks, assessment methodologies, and industry-aligned skilling programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, planning, and execution skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced startup or growth-oriented environments with ownership and execution focus.
Preferred Experience
• 10–15 years of experience in EdTech, higher education, skilling, vocational education, executive education, professional training, healthcare education, or learning businesses.
• Prior experience in course architecture, LMS deployment, instructional design, academic operations, certification programs, or digital learning products.
• Experience in scaling education programs from concept to launch will be preferred.
• Exposure to learner acquisition support, admissions enablement, and career-oriented learning programs will be an added advantage.
• Experience in healthcare education, allied health, management education, or job-oriented skilling programs will be beneficial.
Educational Qualification
• MBA or Postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Background in education management, instructional design, curriculum development, learning experience design, business management, or related fields preferred.
• Certifications in instructional design, LMS administration, digital learning, project management, or training design will be an added advantage.
