About the role

Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update the recruitment database. Support in job postings and employer branding initiatives. Assist in the documentation, and onboarding coordination. Work closely with the Senior HR Manager to improve hiring strategies. Administrative Support: Coordinate office management tasks, including vendor management and procurement. Assist in organizing company events, wellness programs, and employee engagement activities. Manage travel arrangements and reimbursements for employees. Requirements: Currently pursuing or completed a Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for recruitment and people management. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Patience and attention to detail in managing hiring processes Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Good with Data analysis. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
