As an LLM Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling advanced architectures that integrate large language models into our platform. You will lead the technical strategy for LLM optimization, deployment, and innovation while ensuring seamless integration with the product’s infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work on the forefront of AI and NLP technologies, driving impactful solutions that shape the future of work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Design: Develop scalable, robust architectures for integrating LLMs into the product ecosystem.
2. LLM Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large language models to meet product-specific performance and efficiency requirements.
3. Scalable Deployment: Design and implement systems for deploying LLMs in production, ensuring reliability and low latency.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers, AI/ML teams, and product managers to align technical solutions with business objectives.
5. Innovation & Strategy: Lead the exploration and adoption of state-of-the-art techniques in NLP, ensuring the platform remains at the forefront of AI technology.
6. Data Pipeline Oversight: Design and manage data pipelines for training and inference workflows, ensuring high-quality data processing.
7. Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members on best practices for working with LLMs and scaling AI solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML with a focus on NLP and LLMs, and 2+ years in a technical leadership or architecture role.
2. Technical Expertise:
   -Deep understanding of transformer-based architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA).
   -Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
   -Hands-on experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar libraries.
   -Knowledge of distributed systems, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
   
3. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and optimize large-scale systems.
4. Data Expertise: Strong experience in managing and processing large datasets for model training and inference.
5. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and align architectural decisions with long-term business goals.
6. Research Mindset: Passion for staying updated on the latest advancements in NLP and applying them to real-world challenges.
