As an LLM Engineer, you will work on designing, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models to power our AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent, scalable, and efficient systems, enabling seamless interaction between users and our Universal AI Teammate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Model Development: Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for specific use cases and applications.
2. Pipeline Design: Develop robust data pipelines to preprocess, clean, and manage datasets for training and inference.
3. Integration: Work closely with backend engineers to integrate LLMs into the product infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
4. Performance Optimization: Implement strategies to improve the efficiency, response time, and accuracy of LLMs in production environments.
5. Research & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning, and apply innovative techniques to enhance our AI platform.
6. Evaluation & Testing: Create metrics and benchmarks to evaluate model performance and ensure high-quality outcomes.
   
   

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in NLP and working with large-scale language models.
2. Technical Skills:
   -Strong proficiency in Python and popular AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
   -Experience with transformer-based architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA).
   -Familiarity with tools like Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar libraries.
   -Understanding of MLOps for deploying and managing models in production.
   
3. Data Expertise: Experience in working with large datasets and implementing data preprocessing techniques.
4. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and solve complex technical challenges related to LLMs.
5. Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, backend engineers, and designers.
6. Research Mindset: Passion for staying updated with the latest trends and breakthroughs in AI and NLP.
