We’re currently seeking a dedicated Revenue Cycle Intern to join our Patient Financial Services Department at our Crestline location.
Position Overview
The Revenue Cycle Intern will support key functions within the Revenue Integrity, Billing, and Follow-Up teams. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in hospital revenue cycle operations with a focus on underpayment analysis, process improvement, and standard work development. The intern will assist with special projects aimed at enhancing billing accuracy, improving workflow efficiency, and strengthening overall revenue cycle performance.
Qualifications
Required:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to organize and interpret data.
- Eagerness to learn healthcare revenue cycle processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of hospital revenue cycle operations.
- Familiarity with medical billing, coding or insurance processes.
