Senior Front End Developer

As a Senior UI Developer, you will take ownership of the front-end development process, from concept to deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the user experience and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into functional and visually appealing interfaces. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and provide mentorship to junior developers. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement best practices for front-end development, including accessibility, SEO, and performance optimization. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in web development and integrate them into the team's workflow. Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to the team. Lead UI/UX design discussions and contribute to the overall product vision. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js). Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles. Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp)
