Tasks

  • You will write software for our device development for Linux/ Yocto based devices
  • You will be responsible for the firmware along with user interfaces and data storage
  • You will program hardware using VHDL
  • You will develop embedded software in C
  • You support the production/repair with software scripts and independently developed software solutions for automatic quality control
  • The independent check-in of software in GIT is part of your daily routin

Requirements

This is important to us:

  • 3+ years of work experience with embedded Linux
  • Solid expertise with embedded Linux and/ or Yocto
  • Programming using VHDL, C, Bash/Shell, Python, Ruby (3+ years of work experience)
  • Good understanding of GIT
  • Experience with modification of Linux-Kernel-Components/Device-Tree
  • Good unterstanding of Linux device drivers
  • Experience with integration/ modification of bootloaders, like u-boot
  • Good teamwork an communication skills
  • Good understanding of OOP concepts

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Experience with Jira
  • Experience with SCRUM/ Kanban
  • Experience with Gerrit/ Github
