Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Aviation Trainer at FlyTalk Academy, located in Mumbai. The Aviation Trainer will deliver well-structured training programs in areas such as cabin crew operations, ground staff training, and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting interactive workshops, evaluating student progress, and ensuring alignment with industry standards. The role also involves mentoring students to enhance their confidence, personal grooming, professional etiquette, and communication skills, preparing them to excel in aviation and hospitality sectors.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of aviation operations, industry standards, and airline protocols
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including public speaking
- Experience in grooming, etiquette training, and personality development
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and interactive classroom activities
- Mentorship skills and a passion for coaching individuals for career readiness
- Familiarity with training evaluation techniques and student progress tracking
- Previous experience as crew or ground staff in the aviation or hospitality sector is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Hospitality, Communication, or related fields
