Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra for an Aviation Trainer. The Aviation Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training sessions to students in aviation-related domains. The role involves preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom and practical training, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will also stay updated on industry trends to ensure the training content remains relevant and impactful.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of aviation concepts, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Proven experience in training, coaching, and mentoring students or professionals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in developing and delivering course materials and training sessions
- Ability to assess and evaluate student performance effectively
- Certification or degree in aviation, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the aviation or hospitality industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Agra
