Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aviation Placement Head based in Dwarka. The Aviation Placement Head will lead the placement cell, Mainly connection on Airline /Aviation design and execute strategies to improve student employability, and build strong relationships with Airlines, airports, and aviation service organizations. Responsibilities include identifying placement opportunities, coordinating campus drives, negotiating recruitment partnerships, and tracking placement outcomes. The role involves overseeing mock interviews, soft skills workshops, and industry-readiness training, while mentoring students on resumes, career paths, and interview preparation. The Aviation Placement Head will collaborate closely with academic and operations teams to align training with industry requirements and represent Skylynn at industry events and networking forums.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the aviation ecosystem, including Aviation, Airlines, and relevant industry standards.
- Mainly Requitements in Aviation Industry
