About the role

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking. Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements working closely with legal and executive teams. Stay abreast of industry trends market developments and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Represent Continuum Aviation at industry events conferences and trade shows serving as a brand ambassador and thought leader. Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance forecasting and pipeline management.
