Job Post: Aviation Counselor – Student Success Guide

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “counsel” — but truly guides.
At High Aero Academy, we help young students turn their dreams of aviation into real careers. Whether they see themselves as Cabin Crew, in Ground Staff, Retail Aviation, or Hospitality — we need a counselor who can walk them through each path with clarity, care, and confidence.
If you love talking to people, explaining things simply, and feel happy when someone says “Now I understand!” — this role is for you.

What you’ll do:
· Guide students (and often parents) on careers in Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, Retail, and Hospitality — explaining roles, requirements, and realities.
· Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions — in person, on call, and via WhatsApp.
· Handle cold calls and follow-ups — turn inquiries into admissions with patience, not pressure.
· Build trust and relationships — you’ll be the friendly face of the academy for many families.
· Keep records updated and stay connected with students till they join.

Who you are:
· You speak clear, confident English.
· You have a warm personality — students should feel comfortable opening up to you.
· You can explain details without confusing people — simple words, real examples.
· You’re a good listener — because sometimes students don’t know what to ask.
· You don’t mind making calls and following up — politely and persistently.
· You have an interest in aviation — or are willing to learn the basics of each role.

It’s a plus if:
· You’ve worked in counseling, education, customer service, or aviation before.
· You know a bit about DGCA, airlines, or airport roles.
· You’re comfortable with basic computer work (Excel, WhatsApp, emails).
