Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Delhi for an Aviation Counsellor. The Aviation Counsellor will guide and mentor students aspiring to pursue careers in the aviation and hospitality industries. Responsibilities include counseling prospective students, providing information about training programs, assessing candidates’ suitability, coordinating enrollment processes, and offering career guidance tailored to the aviation sector. Additional tasks include maintaining relationships with industry stakeholders and assisting in placement opportunities for students.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience in counseling, mentoring, or training roles, preferably in the aviation and hospitality sectors
- Knowledge of the aviation industry, including cabin crew, air hostess, or airline operations
- Organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to guide students through programs and career paths
- Proficiency in interview preparation guidance, grooming standards, and professional development principles
- Passion for shaping careers and a learner-centric approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Aviation, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
