Tigers Wings is looking for an experienced Aviation Consultant to lead and support the establishment of a new aviation training institute from the ground up. The consultant will be responsible for advising, planning, structuring, and executing the complete setup of the institute, including business strategy, curriculum design, trainer alignment, regulatory readiness, partnerships, admissions strategy, infrastructure planning, and launch operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in aviation education, pilot training pathways, cabin crew training, aviation ground staff training, aircraft maintenance training, airport operations training, and aviation career development programs.
Key Responsibilitie
s1. Aviation Institute Setup from Scratc
hThe consultant will be responsible for creating a complete roadmap for setting up the aviation training institute, including business model, operating structure, training verticals, staffing model, academic calendar, compliance requirements, student acquisition strategy, and partnership framework
.The consultant should be able to guide the management team through all stages of setup, from concept development to operational launch
