Subjects: We are currently hiring teachers for the following O/A Level Subjects: Mathematics Physics Chemistry Biology English Bangla Arabic Language Economics Accounting ICT Islamic Studies Responsibilities: Lesson Planning & Curriculum Implementation: Develop and deliver structured lesson plans aligned with Edexcel & Cambridge syllabus. Utilize innovative teaching techniques to enhance student understanding. Ensure lessons meet assessment objectives and learning outcomes. Assessment & Student Progress Monitoring: Conduct formative and summative assessments (quizzes, tests, assignments, and mock Exam. Provide timely feedback and support to students for continuous improvement. Maintain academic records and track student progress throughout the academic year. Classroom Management & Student Engagement: Maintain a structured, respectful, and disciplined classroom environment. Foster student participation, curiosity, and critical thinking. Handle behavioral issues professionally in line with school policies. Use of Technology in Education: Integrate digital tools such as Google Classroom, Zoom, MS Teams, and Kahoot. Encourage students to use online research tools for extended learning. Extracurricular & Student Support: Offer one-on-one or group tutorials to struggling students. Assist students with academic projects, coursework, and research assignments. Encourage participation in competitions, Olympiads, and science fairs. Parental Communication & Counseling: Conduct parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) to discuss student progress. Provide O/A Level career counseling and guidance for university admissions. Administrative & Professional Development: Assist in exam invigilation and compliance with CAIE & Edexcel regulations. Maintain detailed records of attendance, student performance, and behavior.
