The Associate Program is a stepping stone to building a long-term career at Avendus. It is a full-time program through which you will work with business teams, get first hand client facing experience and develop career enhancing skills. We hire associates who see themselves as future leaders of the organization.
Who can apply
The Associate Program is open to final year MBA students and candidates interested in joining us laterally as well.
Recruitment Process
For on campus recruitment, our recruitment dates are synced with campus placement schedules. We are open for lateral recruitment throughout the year. We accept off campus and lateral applications on our website.
Once applications are received, we shortlist candidates based on metrics, common across campuses
For campus recruitments, shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to interact with Avendus campus representatives to get a better perspective about Avendus before recruitment day
We have a multi-panel personal interview process. Candidates must clear all rounds to be selected

ONBOARDING
To equip our campus associates and reinforce critical knowledge and skills, we run a comprehensive induction program. The program is conducted by a mix of in-house and external faculty and focuses on giving you an understanding of our business, culture, processes and application of concepts.
ON THE JOB
At Avendus, associates hit the ground running – you will work closely with our business teams and clients to deliver high-quality output. You will be given a set of responsibilities and provided with the support you need to deliver.
DEVELOPMENT
The best learning is always on the job – more so in our business than anywhere else. You will have the opportunity to work with and learn from best-in-class investors, clients, counter-parties and deals. In addition, you will receive hands on coaching and feedback from core team members. Classroom training sessions are also organized to help you upskill.
