Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Performs a variety of law-related tasks under close supervision of the company's attorneys. Conducts legal research, drafts legal documents and may perform other clerical related duties. May represent the attorney in executing simple legal matters. May assist attorneys in preparing and filing court papers and executing other routine tasks. Work performed depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction. This position is typically occupied by an individual undergoing a period of training and development in practice area skills, professional skills, and company operations.
