The Service Desk L1 – Avature role is responsible for providing first-level support for Avature and related HR technology platforms used in recruitment and onboarding operations. The individual will act as the primary point of contact for end users, resolving system queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day platform operations within defined SLAs.
The role requires understanding of recruitment workflows, ATS/HRIS systems, and user support processes. Responsibilities include handling tickets, supporting recruiters and hiring teams with system navigation and process-related queries, escalating complex issues, maintaining support documentation, and assisting in improving system adoption and user experience.
The candidate will collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition teams, and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong communication, problem-solving ability, customer focus, and operational ownership.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Avature or similar ATS/HRIS platforms.
- Must have hands-on exposure to ATS or any HRIS tool and understanding of candidate onboarding processes.
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Team player with willingness to learn HR technology platforms.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts (EST / PST) hours.
