Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team at Avathon. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models and algorithms to drive innovation and solve complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective machine learning solutions - Design and develop scalable and efficient machine learning models and pipelines using cutting-edge techniques and technologies - Implement robust data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization strategies to ensure high-performing and reliable models - Evaluate and analyze model performance, identify areas for improvement, and iteratively refine the models - Contribute to the development of reusable ML components and libraries to accelerate future projects - Participate in knowledge sharing, technical discussions, and mentoring of junior team members - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and explore opportunities for innovation Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions in a production environment - Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in popular ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras - Expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment - Hands-on experience with a wide range of machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience in deploying ML models on cloud infrastructure - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team - Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
