<div>Avail Health Behavioral & Solutions is seeking dependable, compassionate, and motivated Direct Care Providers to join our growing team. This role involves providing hands-on support and coaching to individuals in home and community settings while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and personal growth.<br><br>
</div><div>Direct Care Providers assist clients with daily living skills, community integration, goal achievement, and maintaining a stable and healthy environment.<br><br>
</div><div>Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Assist clients with daily living activities and independent living skills </li>
<li> Support clients with meal preparation, hygiene reminders, budgeting, and household organization </li>
<li> Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities when needed </li>
<li> Encourage positive behaviors and reinforce person-centered goals </li>
<li> Maintain professional boundaries and respectful communication </li>
<li> Complete accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and incident reports </li>
<li> Ensure client safety and follow all company policies and APD guidelines </li>
<li> Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and support coordinators </li>
<li> Promote client dignity, choice, and community involvement </li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> High School Diploma or GED required </li>
<li> Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs preferred </li>
<li> Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation </li>
<li> Ability to pass Level II Background Screening </li>
<li> Strong communication and documentation skills </li>
<li> Dependable, organized, and able to work independently </li>
<li> CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) </li>
