</ul><div><strong>Job Summary</strong></div><div>We are looking for a professional <strong>Hotel Maintenance </strong>to join our team. You will be responsible for taking care of our hotel’s infrastructure as well as managing maintenance personnel and planning renovation and repair projects. </div><div><br></div><div>As the Hotel Maintenance Manager, you should have experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. You must be organized and committed to meeting health and safety standards at all times. </div><div><br></div><div>Your primary goal is to ensure our hotel is safe and functional for guests and employees. </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li>Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards</li>
<li>Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms and public areas</li>
<li>Undertake repair and maintenance projects without disturbing guests</li>
<li>Supervise a team of maintenance technicians</li>
<li>Update operational procedures and process manuals, as necessary</li>
<li>Communicate all problems and resolve them or make recommendations to upper management for resolution</li>
<li>Manage relationships with contractors and service providers</li>
<li>Maintain budgets, expenses and activity logs</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree or certificate of completion from a trade school preferred; or commensurate education and experience accepted</li>
<li>Supervisory maintenance or construction management experience preferred</li>
<li>Ability to quickly diagnose the root cause of failures and suggest appropriate solutions</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with the site staff and internal partners, external vendors, and groups of residents</li>
