About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on AV Engineer (L1) to support enterprise video conferencing and collaboration environments across meeting rooms, boardrooms, and hybrid collaboration spaces.
The engineer will be responsible for day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV systems used in modern workplaces powered by Zoom and Google Meet, along with enterprise AV infrastructure from Logitech, Neat, Crestron, Extron, JBL, Shure, and QSC.
This role requires strong AV troubleshooting skills, meeting room support experience, and familiarity with enterprise collaboration technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting Room AV Support
- Provide Level 1 operational support for AV and video conferencing systems.
- Troubleshoot audio, video, camera, microphone, and connectivity issues during meetings.
- Ensure meeting room readiness before scheduled meetings.
Collaboration Platforms
Support and troubleshoot enterprise collaboration platforms:
- Zoom Rooms
- Google Meet / Google Meet Hardware
AV Systems & Hardware
Operate and support enterprise AV hardware including:
- Logitech conference room systems
- Neat collaboration devices
- Cameras, microphones, speakers, DSPs, codecs
Audio Systems
Support enterprise audio infrastructure including:
- JBL professional speakers
- Shure microphones and conferencing audio systems
- QSC DSPs, amplifiers, and audio processors
AV Control Systems
Assist with operation and troubleshooting of:
- Crestron AV control systems
- Extron AV switching and control platforms
- Touch panels and signal routing systems
Installation & Deployment
- Assist in installation and configuration of meeting room AV solutions.
- Support compute setup and device integration for conferencing systems.
Meeting & Event Support
- Provide on-site support for executive meetings, hybrid meetings, and corporate events.
- Work with IT and facilities teams to resolve AV-related issues.
Maintenance & Monitoring
- Perform routine health checks and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain AV inventory and asset tracking.
- Log incidents and service requests via IT ticketing systems.
