Role Description The AV Engineer will be responsible for designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining audio-visual systems across client sites, with a focus on delivering reliable and high-quality user experiences. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and integrating video conferencing solutions, managing digital signage deployments, performing system testing, and diagnosing and resolving AV issues in a timely manner. The role involves collaborating with project managers, IT teams, and vendors to support new installations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance, while documenting configurations and providing basic user training. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring regular interaction with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of AV environments.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Audio Visual (AV) Systems and AV Integration, with hands-on experience in setup, configuration, and maintenance.
- Experience with Video Conferencing platforms and solutions, including installation, optimization, and user support.
- Familiarity with Digital Signage systems, content deployment, and display management.
- Proven Troubleshooting skills for AV hardware, software, and network-related issues in corporate or commercial environments.
- Understanding of IT and network fundamentals related to AV (IP networking basics, cabling standards, device connectivity).
- Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system schematics; comfort using AV test and measurement tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma/degree in electronics, telecommunications, IT, or a related field; industry AV certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in system integration, ICT infrastructure, or enterprise AV projects is highly beneficial.
