About the role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, identifying top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Responsibilities include: - Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates for various roles - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and design effective sourcing plans - Leverage various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates - Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they align with our company culture and job requirements - Manage the candidate experience, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding - Continuously analyze and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal regulations related to hiring - Mentor and train junior members of the talent acquisition team Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Proven track record of successfully building and managing a talent pipeline - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools - Experience with data analysis and reporting to measure and improve recruitment performance - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
