Associate

Auxano Capital is looking for an Associate to lead market research, assess investments, and drive portfolio growth. This role involves deeper engagement in pre and post-investment process, working closely with the investment committee. The job will consist of the following responsibilities: Leading market, business, and competition research to identify and evaluate high-potential investment opportunities. Creating investment collaterals for the investment committee and the LPs. Conducting detailed company, financial, and legal due diligence to assess and ensure investment viability. Preparing and reviewing in-depth reports, performance reviews, and presentations at both macro (industry trends) and fund (portfolio performance) levels to create strategic insights for fund and portfolio development. Collaborating with portfolio founders to strategize and drive portfolio expansion initiatives. Managing multiple deal workflows and overseeing ad-hoc strategic projects as required.
