Job Title: AUTOSAR Techno Manager
Experience: 12–16 Years
Location: Bangalore
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech (Electronics / ECE / Electrical / Power Electronics / Instrumentation)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AUTOSAR Techno Manager with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive AUTOSAR-based development, integration, and delivery. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure high-quality automotive software solutions.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Lead AUTOSAR architecture design, development, and integration activities
• Manage and guide a team of engineers; conduct technical reviews
• Interact with customers and stakeholders for requirement analysis and delivery
• Configure and integrate AUTOSAR BSW modules
• Oversee diagnostics module integration and configuration
• Ensure adherence to quality standards like ASPICE and Functional Safety
• Support debugging and issue resolution using industry tools
🔧 Technical Skills Required
• Strong understanding of AUTOSAR Architecture
• Hands-on experience with Infineon TC2xx / TC3xx microcontrollers
• Experience with Vector stack or ETAS ISOLAR (preferred)
• Expertise in AUTOSAR BSW modules: CanIf, CanNm, CanSM, PduR, Com, IpduM, LdCom, BswM, EcuM, ComM
• Experience with Diagnostics modules: DCM, DEM, FiM, Rest Manager, OS
• Hands-on experience in RTE configuration (BSW & Application interfaces)
• Debugging using tools like CANoe, CANalyzer, Trace32, GHS
• Experience with communication protocols: CAN or LIN
⭐ Good to Have
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR ASPICE process
• Understanding of Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
• Exposure to automotive ECU development lifecycle

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to handle customer interactions independently
