Role - Automotive Welding Trainer
Salary - 30K to 35K
Location - Aurangabad, MH
Immediate Joiner Preferred
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Welding Trainer to train ITI/Polytechnic students in automotive & EV welding, fabrication, and body repair techniques.
Key Responsibilities
• Train students in ARC, MIG/MAG, TIG & Spot Welding
• Hands-on practice with chassis, body panels & fabrication tools
• Teach cutting, grinding, jigs, fixtures & sheet-metal operations
• Ensure safety standards, PPE usage & workshop discipline
Requirements
• ITI/Diploma in Welder/Mechanical/Fabrication/Automobile
• 2–5 years industry experience in welding or automotive body shop
• Strong hands-on skills in MIG/TIG/ARC welding
• Good communication (Marathi language) & training ability
