Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technician at EVM Škoda India, located in Kasaragod. The Technician will be responsible for performing vehicle maintenance, conducting repairs, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring all vehicles meet safety and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include utilizing diagnostic tools, collaborating with the service team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and timely service. The Technician will also implement standard operating procedures to maintain optimal vehicle performance.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in vehicle maintenance, repair, and diagnostics
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and following service manuals
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and compliance regulations
- Certificate or diploma in Automotive Technology or related field is preferred
- Previous experience as a technician in the automotive industry is a strong advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
