Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Automotive Service Manager to join our team on-site in Satara. The Automotive Service Manager will oversee daily operations within the service department, ensuring timely and high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities include managing service staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, addressing client inquiries, resolving service-related issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Additionally, the role involves planning and managing service schedules, monitoring service workflow, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and service department performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and a comprehensive understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with the team and interact with customers in a professional manner
- Experience in the Automotive industry or related fields
- Leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of supervising service staff
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills for resolving service-related challenges
- A bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using service management software is an advantage
