Role Description
This full-time on-site role, located in Chakan, is for an Automotive Service Manager. The role involves overseeing vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and providing support and guidance to the service team. The Service Manager will be responsible for monitoring maintenance schedules, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring quality automotive services. The position also involves collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experiences and optimize service operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Vehicle Maintenance, ensuring vehicles are serviced effectively and efficiently
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and excellent Customer Service skills
- Exceptional Communication skills for interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Automotive systems, processes, and industry best practices
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using service management tools and technology is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role and a passion for the Automotive or Electric Vehicle industry
