Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor based in Visakhapatnam. The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for customers, explaining necessary vehicle services, providing repair recommendations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair schedules, addressing customer concerns, and working closely with technicians to ensure optimal service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair processes
- Expertise in Customer Service and prioritizing Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate with technical teams effectively
- Problem-solving skills and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the automotive service industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in automotive technology is a plus
