Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor, based in Bangalore Urban. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for facilitating vehicle maintenance and repair processes, coordinating with customers to address their automotive needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key tasks include evaluating vehicle conditions, coordinating with technicians, providing estimates, explaining repair processes to customers, and ensuring prompt delivery of services.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with Mahindra & Mahindra vehicles is a plus
