🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our automobile showroom operations. The ideal candidate will have strong automobile sales experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales volumes while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Drive sales performance for passenger vehicles, accessories, finance, insurance & extended warranty
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes and audit standards
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead management, conversion ratios, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyze market trends, competition, and local business opportunities
- Coordinate with CRM, finance, insurance, and service teams for a seamless customer experience
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management
- Ensure showroom ambience, product display, and branding as per company guidelines
🔹 Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
- 5–8 years of proven experience in Automobile Sales (dealership experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills
- Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management abilities
- Target-oriented mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
- Only candidates with prior experience in Automobile Dealership Sales will be considered
