Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Automotive Sales Manager. In this role, you will lead and manage an automotive sales team, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, delivering effective sales presentations, overseeing vehicle inventory, analyzing market trends, and reporting performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Automotive Sales and understanding of the automotive industry
- Strong skills in Sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities
- Leadership and team management experience
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to assess market trends and industry performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is an advantage
