M-KAT Launch India is a leader in the automotive service industry, providing top-quality diagnostic and workshop equipment to multi-brand workshops and service stations across India. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth across assigned regions.
*Responsibilities:*
* Set and achieve sales goals for the region and regularly compare performance to targets.
* Establish individual sales targets for team members and provide ongoing support to ensure goals are met.
* Track sales performance and generate necessary reports to evaluate progress and strategies.
* Oversee the daily activities and performance of the sales team, providing guidance and direction as needed.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate effective lead generation strategies.
* Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
* Develop and support the sales team through motivation, coaching, and product education.
* Monitor and assess individual performance through observation and measurement; provide feedback and implement corrective actions when needed.
* Review and enhance current team processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
* Develop individual quotas, assign territories to team members, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
* Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment that promotes excellence and growth.
* Conduct extensive travel to work closely with each team member and provide hands-on support.
* Achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the automotive industry.
* Experience working with companies in sectors such as Tyre, Battery, Additives, Direct Selling, Car Dealerships, Garage Equipment, Automotive Parts, Oil Marketing, etc.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Proven ability to lead a sales team and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
* Results-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and strategize accordingly.
* In-depth understanding of CRM systems and sales best practices.
