Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for an Automotive & Manufacturing Recruitment Specialist at NY CREO. The specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment for automotive and manufacturing clients, including job requirement intake, role scoping, and creating accurate, inclusive job descriptions. Daily responsibilities include sourcing talent through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical and leadership interviews with client stakeholders. The role will involve maintaining candidate pipelines for critical roles, building relationships with hiring managers, and aligning recruitment strategies with client workforce plans. The specialist will also handle offer management, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination while maintaining accurate recruitment data, reports, and compliance with internal processes. In addition, the role may support employer branding activities, campus outreach for freshers, and collaboration with training teams to match industry-ready talent with relevant opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong end-to-end recruitment skills for automotive and manufacturing roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, ATS/CRM systems) and proficiency with MS Office or similar productivity tools.
- Understanding of automotive and manufacturing functions (production, quality, maintenance, design, supply chain, operations) and related job profiles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Solid organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities, with attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret recruitment metrics, generate reports, and suggest improvements.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field; HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruitment for manufacturing and/or automotive industries is highly preferred; experience with fresher and campus hiring is a plus.
