Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Manager position located in Chennai. The Automotive Manager will oversee daily operations within the automotive sector, striving to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality. Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions, optimizing service delivery, resolving issues efficiently, and coordinating training initiatives to improve team performance. The role demands collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in the automotive domain, with knowledge of the Automotive Industry and related practices
- Proven skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to design and implement Training programs to enhance team skills
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Prior experience in automotive or service management is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is an advantage
