Driver / Vehicle Transporter

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Pick up customer vehicles at their home, workplace, or designated location using a company-supplied truck and trailer, and safely transport them to our facilities in Londonderry, NH or Andover, MA. Once work is completed, return the vehicle to the customer in a timely and professional manner.
• Serve as a representative of the company during every customer interaction. This position is more than transportation — it is also a customer service and sales-focused role. Drivers are expected to build positive relationships with customers, answer basic questions about services, promote company offerings when appropriate, and help create a high-end customer experience from pickup to delivery.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after transport, documenting vehicle condition and communicating clearly with customers regarding the process.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal staff regarding pickup and delivery times, scheduling updates, and service expectations.
• On an as-needed basis, deliver paint protection film and related materials to installers using a company-supplied vehicle while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, trailers, and work areas.
• Support daily operations with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Friendly, professional, and customer service oriented with strong communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers and confident discussing company services and products
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Able to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Experience towing trailers or transporting vehicles is preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
