Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automobile Spares Sales Executive, based in Guwahati. The role involves managing relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, promoting spare parts to dealerships and workshops, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities also include maintaining detailed sales records, providing excellent customer service, and keeping updated about the latest automotive spare parts and market trends. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and addressing customer concerns promptly will also be key.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to build strong client relationships and close deals
- Knowledge of automobile spare parts and the automotive industry, especially regarding Heavy Commercial Vehicles
- Proficiency in customer service and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience using inventory or sales management software is a plus
- Previous experience in automobile spare parts sales or a similar role
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
