Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for an Automobile Sales Trainer. The role involves delivering comprehensive sales training sessions for automotive sales teams, creating and implementing tailored training programs, and conducting performance evaluations to measure the training's effectiveness. The trainer will also provide guidance and coaching to enhance customer service standards, improve sales techniques, and foster effective communication among team members.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Presentation Skills to design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
- Strong expertise in Sales Training and an understanding of tactics to enhance sales performance.
- Demonstrated experience in Training & Development and the ability to craft educational material tailored for sales professionals.
- Excellent Communication skills to convey concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability in Customer Service to incorporate consumer-focused strategies into training programs.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to different work environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field is an advantage.
